D^r. Anthony Dallmann-Jones received his PhD* from Florida State University, designing his own major in educational psychology. He has been taking initiative non-stop since then, forming numerous organizations to benefit human beings in education, business, and the health professions. He has developed his own undersea salvage company in Florida, a publishing company in Wisconsin, a health food store and restaurant as well as a counseling practice in Ohio, the first solely internet-based gourmet coffee company, and a fine arts gallery in Madison, Wisconsin. D^r. Dallmann-Jones was a public school teacher, a central office administrator, a Title III director, and a professor of educational psychology at several colleges and universities — tenured at two of them. D^r. Zest has had eight books and numerous articles and whitepapers published, and is editor in-chief of the journal, Silhouettes, a professional journal for educators working, specifically, with at-risk youth.

D^r. Dallmann-Jones' books have centered on education, empowerment, stress management, and staff development. He has been a professor at Marian University since 1989 working with educators who are working in their school systems while studying for their master's degree. He has consulted and spoken from California to Maine and from Michigan to Florida. He has addressed thousands over the years in various speaking venues, including seminars, classes, keynote presentations and workshops. D^r.
